While we are located in Switzerland (non-EU), we voluntarily comform to the laws of the European Union, which allow the customer to cancel an order up to 2 weeks after placing it, or to notify us of their intention to return the goods within 24 hours of receiving them.
The Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the duration of 24 months, starting from the date of release from the workshop.
During the warranty period, the watch case construction, the movement (excluding the Date Display), the hands, dial, bracelet links and buckle are the only components covered by the terms, within the limits specified by ISO 764, 1413 and 2281 standards.
